You're never going to get an end user to pay to click on your ad. That's fine, that simplifies things. It's the person who made the code that pays for clicks, if anything. I'm guessing the advertiser and the end user both pay. The clearinghouse collecting fees from the mobile service provider (then passed on to the end user), and the marketing company collecting from the advertiser. Maybe the same as TXT or CSC. I am using Windows 7 Professional. I installed my MS Office 2003 and activated it.
