Hi, I am having lots of problems trying to send photos PSE8 with Outlook Express and Outlook and really don't use either of them for regular email. How can I edit the sharing "Choice" to allow Thunderbird? Anything in the Registry to edit? I don't want to reload XP, going back to an earlier install just to get Outlook back working. Too many wondows updates to make sense of that. ...

What's your favourite email client? I've had a MBP for a while, but have only recently (as in yesterday!) severed my Windows umbilical and switched my main work machine - IE my dekstop - over to OSX via a 21.5 Imac. I've always used Thunderbird for email on my PC but am wondering if Mail might be best for OSX. Or.. something else? ...

Several years ago I loaned my older neighbors (70+) an old P2, Win98SE machine and taught them to use it (free dial-up Internet, web surfing, and email). Now they have decided to become modern and bought a new Dell Win7 machine, and cable Internet. It's beautiful. I'm envious. I watched them use Internet Explorer to access their new Comcast email account. And then their old ...

I am very new to vbulletin but enjoying it a lot along with our customers. However I am wondering if the quoting system can be changed (even if with a mod that is out there) so that it works more like an email client? eg when you hit reply you get the original message with a prefix like >original email > blah > blah I then just want to be able to add linefeeds in there so...

Email client Anyone know a solution for the following: I have an access database that is used to hold information on clients and capture in data against them. Each client has its own identification number so all data/records held for that client are shown in a tracker when the client is chosen. All incoming post is scanned and ...

I'm trying to find an email client for my 8900 that does not go through the BIS, one that works more like Outlook with straight up POP3 or IMAP. I am trying to get my Army AKO email going to my BlackBerry but we cannot use a BIS for that. So if someone knows of a program that will work please let me know.

Hi Guys I use Firefox and Outlook Express. I have often though about ditching Outlook as it is so clunky. Do many of you use Thunderbird ? It looks like it has some nice features. I am particularly looking for better Grouping. Any downsides to it ?

I've been using Portable Version of Thunderbird for years now - but after trying the latest version 3b4 version I'm kind of disappointed in the development and lack of addons for Thunderbird. I guess because it's not a cash cow money making machine like FireFox they're not that interested Any new Portable Email Clients out there people recommend?

There're are some "power" things I'd like to do with my emails, such as: -Parsing them and exporting to a CSV file -Sorting the emails into folders based on some rather complicated rules Which is the best email "client" to use if i need to do things like this? -It'd be nice to use gmail, because that's what I'm already using, but I'm thinking that's not really an option (no chance ...

The only thing I don't use on my Mac is Apple Mail...my default email client is configured for Gmail. Is there any way I can have iCal send email alarms using my default email client instead of always opening Apple Mail and sending from it? I do have Apple Mail configured for my Gmail IMAP but I just don't use it. Perhaps if I removed that account it would look for the correct ...
