Citing economic factors, the $920 million Elevations Credit Union of Boulder, Colo. is closing a Denver area branch and laying off 13 employees, or 6% of its workforce effective at the end of January. Elevations officials attributed the “expense control initiative” to various factors relating to less than stellar performance in Erie, a north metro community which had once been primed ...

Sometime today my tape measure tool has stopped working in both sections and elevations. It is still working in plan views. Instead of showing the pencil at the mouse cursor, it now shows a warning sign (the circle with a diagonal line). I have saved an older version of the model. When I opened the old model, the tape measure works properly in the exact same sections and elevations. ...

Living on the coast a lot of our projects have natural at 4' or less. The local official in one city doesn't like to deal with negative elevations on pipe networks. My question is what the easiest way would be to add 100' to the elevation of the project. Thanks Jake

Does any one know of a website with grade profiles for US highways and Interstates? Or at least the summit elevations for passes on these roads? I am daydreaming of which route to take between NW Washington and Death Valley, for example. It could be Seattle to Ontario, OR to Winnemucca, NV and through Tonopah south to Death Valley. Or, Seattle to Yakima, down Hwy 97 to La Pine, OR, southwest...

Is it possible to createa non-straight subdivision line for exterior elevations? I use the subdivision line to show things "beyond" and sometimes it would be nice to be able to jog that subdivision line in and out a little.

I am trying to draw multiple lines between two lat/lon points. I'd like the lines to be curved and have different elevations at the mid-point so I can differentiate them, (like a rainbow for example) Is there a way to do this with polylines or is there something else I should be using? I can sort of do this by passing three positions to the polyline - but the line segments are straight and...

Adult community, 164 homes with 4 basic models. Two house just doors apart, having settled within months of each other for almost equal prices and are substantially the same; with same lots, even identical elevations and expantions. I am the owner of one, a friend/neighbor, the other. Zillow listings for them are $ 50,000. apart! Is this why people in the realestate profession have said that ...
