Did anyone go for the Home Improvement Options from Ayuria last year? We bought an Electrolux Built in oven Model EOB310010X caught fire when our tenant was heating pizza. The oven is damaged beyond use. Has anyone had this problem with their ovens? Would appreciate hearing from you! Fortunately, the tenant put out the fire........

Hi I have an Electrolux EOB5630W fan assisted electric oven, its about 4 years old. Out of the blue the oven seems to cut out when it reaches about 100 degrees, the fan will stop, the light will go out and the heating element switches off. Integrated electrolux washing machine decided to give up on life as a cleaner otherday and hasn't worked since. It stopped half way thru a cycle, I had to manually drain it cos it cudnt manage it itself!! many thanks for the replies, at this point it looks like the Overheat Protection Thermostat and at a small price its worth a try as a starting point. As soon as I've fitted it I will post my findings. thanks again!
