I noticed my water pump has residue on the weep hole. I have cleaned it a couple times to notice it more. Never seen a puddle or drip, but the mileage on this pump is unknown. I want to upgrade to an eletric pump anyway. I have done some research and want to know what would be the best electric pump for my application. Car has AC and heat/ driven 45 minutes everyday/ sees temps from 15deg up...

Hi Guys ... I don't drive my '95 Camaro as a daily driver but today I decided to drive to work and back as I do maybe one or twice every couple weeks ... It's a little chilly here right now, so before leaving work, I let the car warm up a bit. After about a half mile down the road, I noticed that my Check Gauges Light was on and saw that the car was beginning to over heat. I ...

This may be a dumb question since I have no experience with electric water pumps, but my brother has purchased an engine with an electric water pump to put in his 91 coupe. My question is, can he still use his a/c and power steering with the stock brackets and also use this electric water pump? Would the belt routing still work if it was not going around the water pump? He would like to keep ...

Meziere Electric Water Pump for SR20 Brand New, Never Used Price: 225 shipped to the Lower 48 (Specific shipping prices will be quoted to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada members) Hey everyone, looking to sell this water pump kid. I purchased it looking to make a potential track only car, but decided that the last thing I needed was a third car, and another headache. So, it's time...
Just an FYI ... I was able to replace the pump today and wiggled it out through the top. My fan shroud is trimmed enough to make this possible in addition to a little force being applied to pull the fan/rad. assembly forward ... She's running nice and cool again ... I'll be sending my old unit back to Meziere for rebuild and then use it as a backup ... Thanks, TIM

onefastmx5: I've used the CSI (now CSR) pump about 9 years. Also the 160° thermostat and the fan is set to turn on at 180°. I've ordered a Meziere 118HD (55gpm) since I found that the coolant at the rear cylinders (between #7 & 8) runs ~25° hotter than at the front (between #1 & 2). I think the 40% higher flow should reduce the temp difference. Since I had an intermittent relay problem recently...
