Hey I've read on here that some women have used egg whites as a natural substitue to their own EWCM. How do you use them? Do you whip them kind of like when making a meringue or just use them as is? It seems like they'd be hard to manage as is.

Yeah, I thought we had one, but when I went to get it out... we do have two blenders, though. I don't know how THAT happened. Really, I could swear we had one at one point. _________________ 26 F 5'10" 325 // 260 // 150ish? Links: Website * LiveJournal * MySpace * deviantART

One or two eggs daily most likely aren't a problem unless you already have high cholesterol.... (and it's a good idea to check with your doc). However, the yolks are quite high in fat and calories, one egg w/yolk can be 70 to 100 calories and 7 grams of fat (part of which is saturated..) I like to scramble one whole egg with a couple egg whites for part of my breakfast.... ...

I use them to make healthy chicken nuggets. Dip cubed chicken in seasoned flour, beaten egg white, then seasoned bread crumbs. Spray each nugget with a quick shot of cooking spray to make them crunchy. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is done. I love them dipped in honey personally, but a good honey mustard dressing is great too! Stella Katherine ~ February 14, 2006 ...
