I have a case in appeals court. Nothing to gain other than preserving the Twp. where I live. How big of a deal is it that the defendant asked for an extensions to file their brief, we awarded it and the FAILED to file on time and have no lost the ability to argue orally? Isn't that malpractice? Is this just "meh", "good" or is it "great"? Can you see a reason they would do...

her silverware is also in a felt lined silverware box so it hasn't tarnished much but it will definitely have to be cleaned before using. i want to do it right so i don't mess it up!! she loved her silverware and china, etc. so i'm going to try to take good care of it.
