My friend's Rogers Bill came in today and he said Rogers made a mistake on her bill. Does this mean the mistake cannot be reverse? Apparently, ECF was supposed to be $100 but on the bill it was like taken off. It said $100 then -$100 credit. I was wondering if that's right.

A friend of mine is with Fido and his contract finish in February. He's wondering if he can cancel w/o paying ECF, he's tired of Fido and found better price and phone somewhere else, or it's better to wait a few months till his contract finish.

If your Blackberry (or any smartphone I guess) breaks out of warranty are you stuck with a data plan you can't use? I guess you could pay the ECF to get out of it or are there any smartphones included in the lost/broken phone program??

PACER is a website that contains all US Federal Court filings: civil lawsuits, appeals, criminal, and bankruptcy. This is a service that allows all attorneys to file and pay fees directly on the internet. In the past, people would file at the court...

I don't have a problem with the programming agreement and the ECF fees. People need to take responsibility for their actions. If you blindly put your name on something and not know what you are getting yourself into, then the problem is with you and not the company. Do companies sometimes gloss over the details? Absolutely! Is it right? No! In the end, people need to put some blame on themselves....

Ray needed two other HOF'ers to finally win a ring. lmao He took the Bucks to the ECF which is farther than Gordon's ever been with ANYONE as a teammate. What kind of point is this? Gordon was forced to be the main scoring option on one of the most poorly managed teams of the decade! I'd much rather play with prime Sam Cassell and Glen Robinson than Kirk Hinrich and Luol Deng. The one...
