i was looking to put these true temper dynalite gold, usnlgwh100 45" steel shafts into afew heads I have. The shafts are uncut so still 45". I have a high swing speed of about 105-110 and I am 6'2" tall. I am a pretty long ball hitter with averages in the 290, have many over 300. The heads they are going in are the Vulcan Caldera Z which is an older head but I consistently hit this head over ...

I wanted to share this with the NYC strobist group that we are in the midst of making plans hold a meetup at the Dynalite facility in Union, NJ. During my conversation at the Photo Expo with Jim Morton, Director of Educational Sales at Dynalite, he graciously offered access to the facility. For more details, visit the NJ Strobist thread . Also, you will need to post in that ...

Hi gurus, I searched internet for answers but most only deal with monolights so here's my question: I had a samlex 300 from before when I was still using ABs and I have upgraded to the dynalite pack and head system, namely 2 MP1000s. If I am only using 1 pack, will the samlex 300 cut it? Other than slow recycle, are there any danger at all using a lower wattage inverter? If I have to upgrade, ...

How do the Nippon NS 950's compare to the TT Dynalite S/L shafts ? I play the Mizuno MX-19's with the Dynalites (R300) and am thinking about trying some MP-57's with the NS Pro's (Reg). I hit a demo MP-57 6 iron at my home course but it had the Dynamic Gold S300 in it. Surprisingly there was hardly any difference in trajectory or distance compared to my mx-19 6 iron with the Dynalite. I just ...

AB website states that the Zeus Ringflash is pin for pin and voltage for voltage compatible with Dynalite M2000 packs (discontinued and replaced with the SP2000), does anyone know if they are compatible with the MP1000? Thanks in advance.

Raffle's easy, everyone brings dollar bills (and a pen). Then, when the raffle starts, we put like a limit of 5 dollars with a name on it for everyone into a box. Pull out dollars, prizes go to name on the bill. Money can go toward whatever needs paying (models, dynalite, food, etc)

I got 2 of them, one was the 9.5* and the other 5*. I hit the 9.5* well (brother has it), the 5* will just be gravy in the bag in case I want to go Tin Cup. I got my number from GolfGalaxy, they tried me out in 6-7 different clubs, shafts, etc - I was not able to hit any of the new ones as far as I hit my brothers 8 year old club - so I searched ou this vintage head and found them dirt cheap last...

A flash will take a surge of power ...

Uhm... is no one going to even try to explain a pack and head system vs a monolight? A monolight is a light that has the flash bulb and the powerpack combined into one unit. They plug into the wall and the controls are on the unit also. Instead of having it all combined there are also pack and head systems that separate the flash head from the powerpack. Pack and head systems have...
