I am not satisfied with not only my ribcage measurment, but also my chest measurment. Arnold aswell as Frank Zane has said it is possible to expand the ribcage and make it bigger doing rib cage exercises, such as, dumbell pullovers and barbell pullovers. Alright so today i did chest and back, did other exercises but these were my main ones. First of all lying Tricep Extensions gave me the most intense burn on my triceps I've ever ****ing had. So all went well with triceps. But i did Incline Press, and dumbell flies and for some reason it felt like those exercises were working my triceps instead of my chest. Why is this? guys, recently i read an article about doing dumbells standing up because it works the entire body including core whereas sitting down you limit yourself. what are your thoughts on this with regards to dumbell shoulder press, curls, etc?

Is it true that dumbell pull-overs with a good ROM and stretch expand the rib cage or is this just another myth? Also if it is true is this a good thing for an aesthetic physique, would it help with the V-Taper?

Do you curl one arm at a time or both arms at once? I have always done one arm at a time untill recently when I tried doing both at once and after trying it I reckon im going to stick with it.

why is it that i cant seem to feel any pressure on my lats when im doing them, or are they even any good? ? O_o im pretty sure i have good form, i did my homework on this one but i just cant seem to feel the "BURN". .

My shoulders are really weak i can barely do 25 pounders. How can i increase the weight. I at least want to get to 50 pounders. also my shoulders never burn when i work them out is that a sign iam not doing them right.
