I want to sequence whole virus genome (dsDNA virus). I only know about 500 bp out of 7 to 8K and a pair of primers designed from the known region. What would be the best way to sequence. The virus dna is incorporated into the host DNA. Thank you!

Lucy, I was initially diagnosed with UCTD. I never had a positive ANA. My rheumy uses ANA 8 ELISA testing. I am so sorry to hear about your daughter. I was diagnosed with MCTD overlaped SLE about 1 year ago. . Make sure that you have COPY OF ALL BLOOD WORK AND TESTS THAT WERE DONE AND TAKE THE BLOOD WORK TO A RHEUMATOLOGIST!
