the combination is such that it should be incremented... ex 01 100 258 for the first time the user clicks.. for the same combination next time it should be 01 101 258

Until recently we used a drop down list box to select values from LOV. After adding few more values to this list, we're know prompted to click on the torch icon to select values from the same LOV. Could someone explain why this change and suggest alternatives to retain the drop down list box. Thanks.

Now I understand. The option values for all 4 arrays should be similar. Looks like I forgot to remove the " characters from around the last two array values. Normally it would matter, but because the string "1" and the number 1 are being use as array pointers, you can get away with either in this example because there is no math involved with the values, as in +, -, *, or /. Oh silly me, I usually use data validation to do this, but had a regular combo box there instead, which of course was not populating the cell. Thanks for your help. Why are there no countries listed in my drop down box. In some places the drop down is completely blank or it has "All Countries" only.
