While most people I know would see me as just someone who has fun and overdoes it sometimes when she goes out I know deep down it is not acceptable behaviour. Anything shameful in my life has always been through drink and it makes me cringe and so embarrassed looking back. I rarely drink at home as it was affecting every day ...

Binge Drinker After bingeing again at a pretty high end party on Saturday night, I've decided I must get a grip on this! Have been binge drinking for 22 years. Started every weekend in college and now, though I don't drink frequently...maybe 1-2x a month, I can't stop once I get started. The holidays approaching are making me nervous. Lots of invitations and I am ...

So I bought some yummy strawberry flavored rum yesterday. Tonight I made myself a drink. I am using my big wine glasses. I mixed some with cran-apple juice. Well I ended up drinking that glass fairly quickly and let me tell you about um...five minutes later and I am feeling kinda loopy. WOW I am such a lightweight. Man oh man is that stuff good though.
