I'm trying to change the default Thompson router that came with my Tiscali TV package to a Draytek since I need to use voice over IP and that Thompson seems to be filtering my RTP packets. The Vigor has a built in Analogue to VOIP convertor built in and also support Multi-PVCs and MPOA, basically it should work, this is the bees knees of routers. I have got it to ...

The transformer on my Draytek router died on Wednesday night. Placed an order on SEG website at around 5PM Thursday with free delivery option (expecting to come Monday). Came through the post this morning. Very impressed! ______________ Zen 8000 Active

Regarding the previous thread http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumi d=49&topicid=38473 I would like to state I am currently having intermittent problems with the DrayTek Vigor 120 running as a PPPoE passthrough. It worked well for a couple of months, but now needs to be restarted almost every other day. I am going to reload the latest firmware...

A friend of mine is starting a business from home and he needs a wireless router with VPN dial-in capabilities. I suggested the router I just replaced my previous Fortiwifi with at home - the Sonicwall TZ210 - and he seems to have a problem with the price. I've not thought of Draytek as the most stable router maker on this planet, but many businesses seem to use'em. Anyone have any ...

Hi all, Does anyone know how to get CLID to work properly on VoipCheap.com using a Draytek 2820. I have verified the number for CLID no problem there. If i use their software to make a call, CLID is ok. If i then use my SIP device the CLID is witheld again. Any suggestions??

Dropped again.....BRAS profile reduced again to 4500. This with a different; router (Draytek), ADSL cable, filter, no internal wiring connected and plugged in the test port plus the router PSU plugged into a different socekt and a different ethernet cable connecting me to the PC (i'm normally connected to the router via homeplugs). Really starting to be sure it cant be me causing the ...
