well as long as they do not over contend their selves there should not be any big probs, as i would imagine quite a few customers would of been put in the sin bin for downloading /uploading too much data before now,with most other isp's, as long as this don't kill the quality they currently have, im not with sky but my isp is owned by them

if i go over my download limit before 3 will i still be stm'd from 4-9?

Just looking at the traffic management table here: http://allyours.virginmedia.com/html...t/traffic.h tml I'm on L 4Mb. If I download over 1000MB at say 2.55pm will I be downgraded to 1Mb for 5 hours Or at 4pm will I go back up to 4mb and have another 2000MB to download??
