I just want you all to know that i was a holiday rep in Alvor in 2007 for a year and i loved it ! i stayed at the Delfim Hotel for 6 months and cant speak highly enough of it!, i will say though for 1 month at the end of the season i went out with rest of the team to the ' Phoenix ' and had scampi and chips....what a mistake i have never been soo poorly i even missed my end of season ...

For those of you who have given up some foods entirely, just because they are listed on the do not eat list....here's a few facts to know. Same with other pampering activities. **You can have any cheeses that aren't imported! All cheeses sold in the stores and restaurants (in the USA) have to carry pasteurized. I think it's illegal to serve non-pasteurized. I eat blue cheeses ...

np: where does op mention that she is feeding her kid junk? my child is also a picky eater, but doesn't eat junk food - lots of whole wheat breads, cereal, protein, dairy, some fruits but no veggies.

My opinion is that you never ever make food a battle ground. Give her a vitamin and let her eat what she wants. My mother is a Pedi and I was a super-picky super-skinny kid and she never pushed. I keep healthier choices at home but I let them choose their own food and they are slender and tall. I have advised friends with heavier children to do this as well- I have a friend who struggles with ...
