The Nevada corp was "Merge-Dissolved" where its shares were transferred to the Wyoming Corp on a 1:1 ratio. For the Wyoming corp, it shows "Merger-Survivor" since it is the recipient of the dissolved corporation's assets.

I'm a SA employee in the Midwest but I do wonder...since Ventiv reports to a SA DM/RSD, do you think a higher ranked CSO's will replace a SA rep? Also, do you think it will be like last year where the contract team finds out their fate a week later?
