Can someone direct me to any announcements of the projects the company is working? I see in their recent 15c211 filing they say, "The company does not own nor has interests in any real estate projects." Also, the O/S, I understand, was 38,272,127 on May 31? Now, it's 261,211,664? If it continues at this rate, will they be raising the A/S again soon, if they're not able to tap into the extra 2.5B ...
