Your dilution analysis is too complex for me. LOL. Just watch level 2 and watch the bids get hit and watch the volume spike as the PPS plummets. Not enough buys since RS to justify days like today. Pretty simple n my book. Company funding is under way.

Good post Pure. You are absolutely correct. Dilution at this stage is far better and much cheaper than debt. If management performs, all this worry about fractions of a penny means nothing.

You're ignoring the obvious. DILUTION as in look at today. if they dilute and hit bids, the price goes down. Just compare yesterday to today. Do you have level 2?

Unlike you and I, IVN and RioT have anti-dilution rights. So to keep up with the Joneses .... about 5 million shares priced in the $2.70 range, or $14 million or so for our Mongolian partners to cough up. i agree, the no dilution part is the best considering all the other developments. eventually our float will be in the hands of longs and the price will appreciate quickly

There was obvious dilution occurring a while ago, but it has clearly slowed down. Watching the L2 shows that ETMM has done most of the selling at 0.0004 and that would not be the company.

Agreed. The dilution here is astounding over the last few months. My guess is the 17,500 shares I have left after the last R/S will be about 17.5 shares after the next R/S.
