Hey, Quick question, does anyone find that after a work out which has worked the abs that they are not as regular as usual? My stomach can be a bit sensitive and I do have slight irritable bowel syndrome anyway, but I find the day after a work out it can be unregular. My step father had part of his vegus nerve cut and a portion of his stomach removed to combat ulcers some decades ago. This was back in the 60's. Anyway, his life was pretty normal for the next 20 years after treatment, but starting in his late 40's, he started getting a "nervous stomach" and has been extremely sensitive about the food he eats, least he goes running for the bathroom. At 6'2,...
I have been seeing my chiropractor for about 8 years for my allover body pain, particularly my neck issues. He gets just as frustrated as I do, because we have tried everything, but the pain is still there. I think he doesn't believe in Fibro, because everytime I have brought it up, he really doesn't say anything about it. (I was dx'ed with FM by my Rheumatologist). Within the last 7 ...

Hi there...I'm hoping for a little help. BF itself is going very well. My 3.5 week old latches on with no problem, I have minimal sore nipples, plenty of milk, etc. My issue is with my son's digestion of the milk. He's relatively okay during the day. I would say he has normal gassiness that any infant would have. Nighttime is a completely different story. He's up every 45 minutes ...

FINALLY!!! I have been feeling "something" since about week 13 but could never say it wasn't gas or digestion. UNTIL last night. I made a batch of fudge and had a couple of pieces after dinner, and oh boy does baby like fudge! DH couldn't see or feel it yet but hopefully he will soon!
