Hey gang. I recently *scooped* this book up at what I thought was a great price. After hearing that San Diego and Chicago had a shortage of early Detective Comics (almost every other GA title had strong representation) I decided to buy up a couple of older GA DC's. I'm a bit over extended (who doesn't do that when it comes to comics ) . I bought this book with the intention to resubmit it to ...

Up for sale is by far the rarest of all pre-Robin Tecs and one of the rarest Golden Age books period. Gorgeous color and gloss with just a couple of light stains and some edge damage/chew/chipping on the back cover keeping it from a higher grade. Even better, this completely unrestored and unpressed copy (I am the third owner) has supple OFF-WHITE to WHITE pages. According to the CGC census, 14 ...

A few rare ones I found were Detective Comics #36 and Marvel Mystery #10. So if you need these, or know someone that does, they are on ebay starting at $1 with No reserve. U.S. Shipping included in price. Detective Comics #93 = SOLD via PM $180 I'm grading this one at 5.0/5.0 . The biggest detracter is a diagonal crease starting at Batman's right leg and up through the "ve" in Detective. The pages are near white and the book is flat and glossy. There are no significant problems with the back cover.

BALTIMORE: ADAM HUGHES & HOWARD CHAYKIN One of the most enlightening panels of last weekends Baltimore Comic-Con took place at the back of a hallway around the corner from every other panel, in the intimate Savage Land Room 302. There, the smolderingly intellect that is Howard Chaykin, the influential creator behind American Flagg!, among other works, interviewed an ...
