Hi guys Now that winter is upon us, my demister has decided to take a turn for the worse. When you press the button, the light on the dash doesn't come on for a while. When it does, it doesn't actually seem that the window is demisting at all! Now I know that different rear windows have different setups. Presumably the Saab version has the poles running either side of the window, which are ...

I was wondering how possible it would be to somehow modify the demister to allow air to be blown on the windscreen & side windows (via the adjustable side dash vents as opposed to the useless little built in ones) at the same time? I'm guessing it would involve modifying both the control flaps and air ducting, has this ever been tried before or would it be more hassle than it's worth?

Hi, I'm looking for someone who may help us design a demister to remove KOH vapors from Hydrogen preferably someone who may later produce few samples. Application details will be shared with the suggested expert. Thanking you in advance, Yoav.

I've had a look at a few Accords and the vertical 'bands', assuming I am seeing the same element design, are there to link the horizontal wires. The actual antenna part of the demister is a separate element two or three horizontal runs high at the top of the rear windscreen.

Hop in the car with remote and key with doors closed. Turn ignition key ONE click (doesn't seem to work at two clicks/ACC). Press the demister button 3 times within 5 seconds. Doors will cycle and make noise (indicating program mode). Then press a button on the remote. Should cycle and make noise again and indicators will flash (confirming it's programed).
