hey guys, I notice my shoulders, particularly the sides look sort of flat compared to my front delts and arms. I guess it makes sense since I just started working my shoulders again after taking 3 months off and going light for the past 3 months due to a shoulder injury. Is there any danger in doing this for someone who's only been working out for about a month? I was trying to come up with a schedual for the next few weeks and wanted to try doing side laterals with dumbbells and bent side laterals and front raises using pulleys. Just wanted to make sure that this combo would not put too much stress on my rotator cuff or cause injury... Any good ...

Basically I have a thick, but longer neck so I have to overcompensate in areas like delts to make my shoulders seem larger. Size is a large priority over strength at the moment shoulder-wise. What I need is a solid routine of exercises, including rough set and rep range numbers. Split suggestions would be nice as well.

Quick question- delts and bb benchpress. Ok so my split is basically 1 bodypart per week mon-fri Monday is chest and I recently switched back to barbell. Anywas my delts are still sore from that day and friday is my delt/trap day. Should I train my delts tommorw if they are still feeling a little sore or what. Overtraining perhaps?...

i'd really like to see a lot more improvement in my upper body...mainly shoulders, more specifically, the prosterior delts...i want a more fuller looking muscle from side view in the shoulders, how would i go about doing this?

Put me down for the overhead press as well. Easily my favorite movement. When you can lift 225 lbs. over your head, you'll be happy with all of your delts.
