Being delisted - not exactly. Found this on another board, so it is not from my brain, but would fully support it: Reading the whole context of the rule, here my reply, which shows clearly, SPNG doesn,t apply to this rule, means, will not be affected. See input: RULE: (e)(1) Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraphs, a member shall not be permitted to quote a security if: (A) while quoted on the ...

Being "delisted" means they DON'T HAVE TO. Are you saying the company no longer has to file its reports with the SEC? Hope not. Even though a reporting OTCBB gets bounced to pinks or greys, it still has reporting requirements.

Being "delisted" means they DON'T HAVE TO. If you're SPNG, Why bother? ~!~ Sorry, you are misinformed. spng is a sec reporting company and must file regardless where they sit. This is why people are nervous as spng can have the revoke process commenced at any time. This could take years, or months depending on sec investigation. Many posts detailing this process on the board.

Being "delisted" means they DON'T HAVE TO. If you're SPNG, Why bother? Two choices; 1. Run this thing into the ground, allowing insiders and deep-pocket investors/gamblers to suck up all shares. 2. Clean up the act, get a real 211 and return to PK -> OTCBB. Toss a coin. WP

Nobody believes the earnings? You need to dig into SKRRF a little bit. SKRRF is a former NYSE company (SCT) that was delisted early last year. SKRRF is NOT a typical pinkie play. SCT traded as high as $25 a few years back. MassMutual and Cerberus Capital own a majority interest in SKRRF. BlackRock Capital also owns 13% of the outstanding shares. The turnaround is well ...

It's an ugly rumor. There's no way Microsoft would resort to bribing Web sites to get delisted from Google, is there? I mean, aside from the restraint of trade issues and the callback to the tribulations the company went through with its dirty Internet Explorer tricks, Microsoft has learned to compete fairly, right? More...

A fresh start for TSX Venture Exchange "inactives" Before NEX was created, companies that fell below TSX Venture's ongoing listing standards were designated "inactive" and given 18 months to meet the standards or be delisted. Now, with NEX, these companies are relieved of the pressure of a delisting deadline, are more visible as potential takeover targets or investment opportunities and can ...

Dr Katz wrote: Russell Robertson can play a bit. What's the minimum time/money component for a draftee like Robbo. Under the new rules he can be drafted as a mature age rookie, I'm sure if he isn't drafted to a list in this or the preseason draft, someone will take him as a mature rookie, and I wouldn't be against us doing that. He maybe a handy backup.
