I just got back from Chicago and had some amazing fresh house made pastrami and sauerkraut via the best Reuben sandwich I've ever eaten @Askenaz Deli (I'm not typically a Reuben fan, but this was fantastic). Do we have anything like this close to downtown at all?

Location would include all equipment:Holbart mixers, Blodgett ovens, sheeters, stoves, vent hoods, etc... We are looking to move out of the deli business and focus on our BBQ business. Location has been around for over 15 years and has established clients. This is a great location ...

I was about to throw the rest of it in the garbage when, checking the label for the date ...

I want to make "pepper turkey" as you'd buy at the deli counter in a supermarket. Any ideas on how to accomplish this (with the pepper taste throughout the meat) besides just basting with peppercorns? Thanks.

Hi all I want to buy a friend a small foodie gift for their birthday. Unfortunately I have left it very late and only have a short timeframe to buy anything. I also only have about £10 budget so am thinking of a mini "tasting hamper". Due to the timeframe, I can only get to largish Waitrose or a small Italian deli (have never tried it though and it is tiny small so not sure on range). I ...
