Also, hence the film's intro "For John Dillinger, Alvin Karpis, Baby Face Nelson, it was Golden Age...", we needed more Alvin. Let's only hope Mann adds this in the directors cut, along with other scenes that didn't make it....

Just watched it, bit pants. Anyway, I saw the trailer before and I'm pretty darn sure there is a scene which wasn't in the film. The bit where some unidentified person flies at the camera backwards? It's right at the end of the official trailer. RIDDLE ME THIS. xxx "No Luis, it's not me, you're mistaken."

i agree that i wanted to see more of all of the gangsters but think...they mostly focused on dillinger for this movie and left out a lot of dillinger stuff...if they tried to stuff things in for all the gangsters it would have been a 6 hour movie or longer to do it justice. id like to see a karpis movie or just one about the whole barker/karpis gang as well as a pretty boy floyd movie and a baby ...

At the time, no one knew he wasn't human. If he had gotten laid by Blair, though, it would have added more weight to their relationship once they both find out he's a machine. At least that's what I think. Most people respond to that by intimating that I'm a complete perv. And somewhat rightfully so. The Terminator series has never really explored 'love-bots', and at this rate they might never do...
