I was thinking of cutting a little differently this time around: So I was thinking of setting my kcals daily for the whole of the 12wks of my cut, say 500 below maintenance. nd I would create my deficit simply by upping my cardio workouts each week ? Anyone does this and does it work ???

The human capacity for self-delusion never ceases to amaze me, so it shouldn't surprise me that so many Republicans seem to genuinely believe that they are the party of fiscal responsibility. Perhaps at one time they were, but those days are long gone. This ...

A letter from the CBO points out an accounting trick that over counts Medicare savings; adding billions to the deficit. It is crystal clear that the American people do not support what the ...

Tim mentioned that by far the largest U.S. trade deficit is with China. I checked whether that's true. Tim is absolutely right. It is over twice the deficit of the sum of Mexico, Venezuela, Russia, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia (a proxy for oil imports). The U.S. trade deficit with China is 46% of our total ...

That didn\'t take a nuclear scientist to figure out the math on this thing. They paid off a bunch of senators compliments of the US taxpayer to push this POS through. The Congressional Budget Office said Sunday that the Senate health care bill would not reduce long-term federal deficits as much as previously estimated, acknowledging that it made an "error" in its original analysis. The ...
