An anonymous reader writes to tell us that a recent announcement, and subsequent inactivation of all copies of DECAF, has announced that the DECAF project was nothing more than a "stunt to raise awareness for security and the need for better forensic tools." I'm having a biopsy in 10 days and was told to stop drinking green tea and coffee until then. I'm trying to reach my doctor to find out if this includes even decaff coffee and tea but can't get through yet - does anyone know? Also, are there other no-no's I should be adhering to before the procedure? Thanks for any help on this.
