I look at life and think, is this it? YeS, life is complicated, but screw the complexities, if you want to understand the basics of life look at simpler creatures. They eat, they sleep, they fuck, they have kids, they die. Kids may or may not grow up to do the same thing in that order. Maybe they die before they fuck. You know, if they do, thats probably the result of bad parenting....

i've only been deadlifting for 7-8 weeks now, but i've seen some progress. started out at about 5x175 and did 5x265 yesterday. problem is, it's getting harder to hold on to the bar. i switched to the "mixed" grip the other day and that helped, but i am not sure for how long. any ideas how i can "improve" my grip, as right now, i feel this could hinder my progress...
