Robbie Deans does'nt seem to be able to motivfate or train the team to the level required. They are obviously unhappy, and even if for only one game Giteau needs to be dropped to remind him that he is not indespensible. These are the worst I have ever seen!

I sometimes think that Deans wants a team of "yes men" and is slowly getting rid of any who may have a mind of their own. Yes men may be good to some but I think "innovative" is whats needed. Maybe Robbie wants, yes sir, no sir instead of, how about this, how about that.

Going on from the where you would like to live thread. Looking at moving to Brighton but not knowing the place inside out want to know the areas to avoid. Obviously Whitehawk and Moulsecoomb but any advice on the Deans would be good. Also, seems cheaper in Patcham. Any reason why ?
