Hi I've been told that Microsoft recommend that you connect to the views rather than the tables in the SMS/SCCM database for custom reports. Can anyone point me in the direction of some Microsoft documentation that states this? And/or give the reasons behind this? Thanks, Julia.

Somehow my database has lost the _config data. Which in turn created a bunch of other issues.. is there anyway I can add the tables and missing data back in without running a new install?
