Take a look at www.paddlingabc.com which is an online guide to rivers in my area. In the rivers tab you will see that I have them listed alhabetically, by area, etc. Right now that information is not stored anywhere. Just in basic html. I would like to have it in a database so that users could submit rivers and have them automatically added. Any ideas on some free software I could use to ...

For the last several days my Vista Home Premium system has become very slow and I could not discover why. So I decided to use the standard System Restore to return to a Checkpoint taken 5 days ago. Now I get messages from Kaspersky 2010 Internet Security saying database corrupted and I should update. Every update attempt fails and it suggests a roll back of the database but that does not ...

Hello Buddy, We cannot create a second ASM instance for a RAC node. See old messages in this forum like http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?thread ID=974041&tstart=60 Yes, you can create another database in a same RAC cluster, however using the same ASM instance. Read all information about ASM at http://download.oracle.com/docs/...

Drat it, why is it changing all of my posts when I edit one? Anyway, the original post was about making a script that automates adding System DSN ODBC connections for Access .Mdb databases. L4ndy posted something that seems like it would do the trick, but I have no idea on how to use it nor its source code.

Hi, Thanks for that. The thing is that most companies wont have an email address to send to in the first place. Also we would still have the issue of identifying the client's organisation. We have already created our own membership system with reset pasword and everything user, tutor and admin levels, but just need feedback on best way to identify a company without it being a drop down list of...
