I am installing BO Edge 3.1 and Data Integrator Pro 3.1. I suppose one server (2.0 GHz Pentium 4-class processor, 2 GB RAM, 5.5 GB hard drive) should be enough for Edge BI. What about DI? Should they leave on the same server? What are the benefits/ drawbacks of having both DI and Edge BI on the same server? I cannot delete a project in Data Integrator. It also comes up that if I delete workflow#1 or dataflow#1 they are still exist somewhere in the database of the BO, because I cannot use these names anymore under the same project. How to get rid of these ghosts completely? Thanks Irina

The Service name is Data Integrator Service. look this in services.msc. If this is not there, I guess some install problem itself. Are you sure, the Login with which you installed DI is a Local Admin? This one is necessary. Otherwise please re-install and try your luck. Happy Christmas!!!
