So, not only is my darkroom a darkroom, it's also my bathroom. For the most part it retains functionality both ways, but when I take a shower I do need to take the cardboard off the window so it doesn't get soaked. okay so i think the textures look really nice. the lighting does seem a bit off though, i think your global illumination strength (warmth) i'm not sure what vray calls it, seems a bit on the strong side, there should be a stronger shadow/dark areas in the ceiling as well around the beams. but it's still a nice render.
