So I tried to check my video card today using start>run>dxdiag and I got surprised because the approx total memory of my video card is n/a. Here's a screenshot But when I check it using desktop>properties>settings>advanced>adapter, it displays the correct information about my video card Is my video card broken or the driver is not installed? What should I do? Thanks.

Hey all, I ran a search on the forums and couldn't find an issue like I was having, if there is one already I apologize for creating a new thread. Anyway, I have been having an issue with dxdiag reporting my GPU (which has 128MB of Dedicated memory) at 115MB of dedicated memory. I have used GPU-Z, the nvidia control panel,  the win7 adapter properties under Screen Resolution, and they all ...

I've been unable to find any information on anything happening like this, so I thought I might inquire here.  Whenever I attempt to load up DXdiag (as has been required for a number of upcoming beta tests), it seems to load the process into memory but fails to load the GUI for actual use. Do I need to reinstall the OS, or is there an option that will be less of a pain in the tuchus? 1 ...

On my dxdiag that I randomly ran under my video memory I have like twice the actual memory I have for my video card. My graphics card is a GeForce 9500 gt 1 gb. I've got 4 gigs of ram, if that helps any. I attached the dxdiag screen. Thanks in advance.

Tricky one, this game must be running now on thousands of machines so it seems unlikely it's a bug in the game itself. My top list of most likely causes: 1. you have a hardware incompatibility in the sound system. Run \"dxdiag\" and click on the \"sound\" tab. Turn \"hardware sound acceleration level\" either all the way up or all the way down i.e. the opposite of however it is currently...
