Near whiteout conditions in the Calgary area today, with 15-20 centimeters of snow expected to fall by midnight tonight. Presently, 98 flights (arrivals & departures) have been cancelled already. I notice that AC has cancelled 64 of those 98 flights whereas WestJet has only cancelled 9 of that same total... how come the significant increase in cancellations on the part of AC ? ...
