Hello, I am having some problems creating a 10.2.0.4/11.1.0.7 DB on top of ASM 11.2.0.1 using dbca. I can't get passed step 7 when I select ASM as storage. Here are the steps that I've done: - Install a 2 node 11.2.0.1 RAC cluster with ASM and Clusterware, this worked fine. - Set the parameter 'DB Compatibility' to 10.1.0.0.0 on the disk groups in ...

Hello, First at all, as you already know, Oracle 8.1.7 is not certified on Windows 2003. Then, can you check for the listener services ? It seems that some installation steps are missing. Best regards, Jean-Valentin
