This is a quote for a currys store sales rep from the new Currys Megastore at Wandsworth Bridge. Its the biggest currys I have been in. They have a home cinema demonstration centre where you can select different speaker/amp/blu-ray player combinations. They have a samsung 1080p projector (which has poor contrast ratio imho). When I ask him to demo their room he loaded up Iron Man on ...

We bought a new Neff oven from Comet in August but after installation discovered that the oven light was cracked. Despite immediately notifying Currys, and chasing thenm once when it turned out they had completely overlooked putting through the request for a replacement, we're still waiting for it. Is this par for the course with their after sales service? At this rate the warranty will have ...

OK, so I have done it. :) I went to Hughes, having done my research at Currys first. Curry's never offer discount and I just don't trust them so really didn't want to buy there. I took a mate who kept saying "just buy it here" until he almost got me to go for a different TV, £50 more, cos the Samsung one didn't have a PC input, according to Curry's signage. I went rund the back (luckily ...

you made the order, & payment, online their 'online' team will have sent you an email stating that they could not complete the order - that should have resulted in an automatic refund to the card you had used for the payment. i dont see how a store could issue a refund for something that that store hadnt processed, especially a cash refund. also, how are they stating that 'someone' ...
