Ive never paid much attention to directly training my arms due to lifting for sport (squats, cleans, deadlifts and bench are top priority). ive started using bicep curls as a auxilirary excercise. Been working out for 10 months.Been doing straight bar curls with back against a wall for about 8.5 months with no problem.Started doing preacher to isolate better but used the straight because it seems harder to do than my ez curl bar.The pain is where the bicep connects to the forearm.Hurts on curls and bent rows.Shoud i stop preachers or start using the ez curl bar.Thanks for any suggestions.

3b- c curls - need help on products. All... I have natural curls and have been treating it with care. Recently I used straightner for 2 months and stopped. Now my curls are not like before, my hair is more fizzy... not sure whats wrong. I have been using Fredrik fekkai shea butter / protein rx/ Luscious curl shampoo and conditioner....

In the back of my head I couldn't ask for better curls they are fabulous. But on top of my head is the worst! I don't think I could even call them curls. Is this because my hair is damaged on top from harsh shampoos? How can I fix it? maybe this is from being in the sun too much and its permanently damaged my scalp? Is there a way to rebound from this?
