How does the cubby tray (for want of a better phrase) come out in a 200tdi? The bit that goes where a glove box would normally go, but is instead just a tray? Haynes manual was no help. I found the three screws to undo, but there's clearly something behind it which doesn't let it move forward to slide out? I couldn't see anywhere underneath to undo either

I have been going back and forth on my upcoming project for my coupe. Would it be better to do the Nav interface video connections and have a clean look, or do a custom cubby hideaway screen with external dvd player, (but the question of wiring for sound into the vehicle comes up with that one ..) Eventually will want to do the back up cam, so opinions welcome!

These are both for sale. Gauge is 52 mm http://jdmultimate.com/defi/defi_d_g.../i-244622.a spx runs 200+ brand new. Thinking like 75 plus shipping Casoplois dual 52mm cubby pod mount. 60 bucks plus shipping. Both of these items were bought used and never installed. Both are in great condition and would make a great setup. Paypal only unless its local pick up.

Hi guys, I've got a Roadster and have a problem with the cubby holw which is at the rear of the cabin situated between the two seats at shoulder level. The flap won't close. It's like the latch which the flap closes into has been locked and won't unlock for it to stay closed. I hope you guys know what I mean. Any solutions?

What is the procedure like when you drop off your kids to daycare, especially on their VERY FIRST DAY? When I got there today, they didn't have a cubby to put their stuff, their names weren't on the sign in sheet and the worker who was watching the little kids looked at me like "who the hell are you"? She didn't talk to me or help me figure things out. I was like "Hi, it's our first day" and ...

I have contacted A4Moda about a GB for cubby hole sub boxes. He makes amazing fiberglass boxes for sedans and is intersted in doing something for the Avants out there. I don't have the time to produce this GB with him, get names and deposits, etc... If anybody wants to step up and take the lead on this, we can get an amazing product out there for all the Avants in need...

I've noticed over the past few weeks that the small interior light that tends to light up the cubby entrance and coin holders doesn't always come on. I haven't been able to detect a pattern. Sometimes it will come on when I turn on the lights and sometimes it doesn't. What's the story? Anybody with ideas?

I installed a lilliput 7" touchscreen in my dash in place of the cubby and made a custom surround for it. 20 hours of work went into shaping this bezel. It's the front of a factory 'cubby' surround with the center cut out and the sides/base built up with epoxy and a tiny bit of glazing putty to help me sand it smooth. The screen is NOT molded into the bezel, so I have a choice of ...
