DD has a severely abscessed tooth. Apparently, she had a root canal a few months ago, but didn't have the money for the crown (but didn't tell mama). Now she is unemployed and without insurance, and the tooth has started to crumble and is horribly infected. She got the on-call doctor to call in a penicillin Rx today to start working on the infection, but she has horrible swelling ...
