Poster below. I've done it when I've gone on hikes and long walks and stuff but in my opinion it's harder to do when you're out running errands. Loading/unloading is tought, not to mention if they get fussy and you can't comfort or see them easily, like if they lost a hat or somethign. I'd also be concerned I'd slip and fall on some ice. Interesting. I can't imagine it's worth much if you didn't have it insured under your own jewelry (or homeowner's) policy. If it were under another policy, you'd at least have to have had an appraisal done. Why would any insurance company believe it has value now that it's lost, when it wasn't valuable enough for you to insure in the first place? Sounds like a scam to me.

I saw a teenage girl crossing the street tonight at a rate of speed that if she had been an employee working for me, on a project other than sneaking up on a deer, I would have fired her. All three were either texting or talking on their phones. Yeah... definitely build more train tracks! Re-open the ones that have been closed down.

Contrast this incident with the earlier story of a pedestrian who was struck and killed while walking inside a marked crosswalk. Here the pedestrian, who was clearly outside of a crosswalk when he was struck and killed, is 100% at fault and the driver is 100% blameless. http://www.ocregister.com/news/pedestrian-226 004-martinez-identified.html Pedestrian at fault in accident, ...
