So, I have been taking creatine again after 2 years that I stopped buying it. The problem is, every time I take it (mixed with apple juice), my stomach hurts...I mean, I NEED to go to the bathroom after a while. What's the problem here? Am I using an incorrect amount of creatine? what about the juice? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.

So I have both whey protein and creatine at my house and I want to start working out again. Is there a correct way to utilize both supplements ? I workout 3 days a week for an hour a day using the Truth About Body Building method where you do all of your sets to failure. High weight low reps kinda thing, I guess.
