So I love my DWSpot, I started middle of the road in terms of build but have created two distinct builds; super light and AM. With the cold coming on and me fighting H1H1 for two weeks I went to the WW build and have been digging it. So I scored a deal on an Ibis Mojo SL and threw all my WW parts at it so I wouldn't need to keep swapping parts onto the Spot. I figured a D Dub was a D Dub was a D ...

Are all boost sensor air filters created equal? I'm missing an air filter for my AVC-R boost sensor, but I have a random one that came with my electronic boost gauge. Will that one work just fine? Do they offer the same amount of restriction? And if not where can I buy one?...

I've followed some info. on here saying that the 05 FXT engines actually have an STi part number... I know some changes were made for 06, including the addition of an air pump. At the same time, I'm thinking the WRX came out with the 2.5L (or late 05). so, is a 2006+ FXT longblock any worse (or perhaps better) than the earlier stuff? Does the 2006+ XT's share any STi part numbers like ...

This is not a milspec vs commercial post. I am reading that some are made of 6061 and others of 7071 or 7075 and forged etc. The info in buffer tubes is really hard to find. To make things more difficult vendors sites do not include this info. I see them range in price from $13 to $60 Is the BCM or LMT better than DPMS or Stag? I also see Magpul buffer tubes being sold on airsoft sites...

We were looking for a extra 5.0 block to start a build with and our local salvage yard has a 86 truck 5.0 and a couple of 99 & 2000 explorer 5.0's. Are those 5.0 blocks equally as good as the mustang blocks? I was thinking in the past that the FRPP guys said that all 5.0 blocks from 85-2001 were identical, but I'm not sure. I guess I'm asking: if the bock is the only part I need, is there any ...

So actually, since I'm older I can tell my wife that, just like used engine blocks, I'm more desirable because I'm "seasoned"!! Oh-No- I just noticed that the last two letters of seasoned are "ED". I've seen those commercials before!! Yikes!

The design for the HA turbo is a little different but you could modify the 301TA housing to fit if you decided to. You'd need to cut the foot off and weld the one off of your original onto it. That is pretty much it if you decide to do it and it's much bigger so you shuld be able to make it work.
