Hi, Just wondering if anyone can help... I am 30 weeks pregnant and every now and again, I get quite strong pelvic/lower abdomen cramping; lasts up to about 20 minutes at a time and quite painful, then just goes away (was quite strong today)... I've have been cramping since early last night and they got strongerthoughout the nightbut now its subsided a littlethis morning, I hope its the start of something good to come. I have my last day at work tommorow and I don't want to go! So I'm really hoping this little guy decides to make an appearence SOON!

Hey ladies, I am approx 5 dpo according to FF and cp/cm but my cycles are always crazy due to pcos. But..... today I have been consistantly cramping on my right side and kinda feels like af cramps but not quite as severe. Implantation cramping??? Whats your thoughts????

From the beginning of my pregnancy I would have cramping ONLY at night . I then went on to have a missed m/c when I was supposed to be 9 weeks (angel baby was only measuring 6w1d) Just wondering if the cramping was sign that something was wrong?? I also know many women that have had cramping and had fine pregnancies ..so I'm a little confused..

it's been almost 2 weeks since i've spotted or had any symptoms with my SCH. Today i started cramping pretty bad... i just keep waiting for the blood to reappear... should i be worried? i go back to the dr. thursday thankfully

So this morning when I woke up I notice a cramping feeling in my lower back, it would kinda come and go and it lasted about 20min. along with a few contractions here and there. I dont know what could be wrong but it seems like when I take my night dose of lantus I often awake with a cramping in either my left or right bottoms of my feet on occasion a cramping in either side shin area .Not that i know what im talking about but could there be something that this insulin is doing to my blood circulation,I dont Know?
