Been looking into using cosworth 11mm head studs in my upcoming build. Saves any machining to fit the large ARP's and gives me piece of mind. But I have come accross some pretty wide variation in prices for these (as always). But enough for me to look further....On further research I found that there are 2 part numbers PR7243 and 20002440. But on cosworth website they only list the 20002440 ...

hi there im Gary and im from Birmingham ,England.i own a 1995 200sx s14 and it has a fmic,tubular manifold,walbora fuel pump, cosworth plugs,3 inch elbow,3 inch downpipe,3 inch exhaust, stock t28 running at 1 bar so unsure on power, but i would like to go a lot further with it and think injectors/turbo/management next, can i just say what a great site this is so much information for me to read!

Does this add up? I went from a stock Garrett turbo and volvo manifold (1986 B230ET) to a Bondo manifold and Sierra Cosworth Turbo and 3" Downpipe. With the old setup i got around 7-10PSI. With the new setup i only get 5-6 PSI, i cant find a boost leak and it still spools up insanely fast its just that it stays around 6-5PSI.. its faster then first but how come it wont go higher ...
