I've heard previous reference to a 50/50 solution with laquer thinner as a coating to prevent corrosion. What about using regular paint thinner or mineral spirits ? What's the difference ? Thanks in advance.

MassBBQ, Checking out your previous posts regarding drum corrosion ( here ) I learned a bit about your experiences. I've since suffered the same, if not worse corrosion. I came back to the forum looking for any updates but couldn't find any since the 120 day post. Aside from getting the new drums, what have you done to arrest the corrosion? I'm a bit worried I close to hole-through. ...

Ohhhh what a feeling! Now, while were watching for runaway Toyotas on the freeway, we need to look out for their spare tires littering the road. In addition, i think that with the good old USA paying for Japans defense and sending our "best" to Iraq and Afganistan to fight for the freedom and stability,a "Thank you" would be nice every once in a while. Instead, we pay for their defense, they get ...
