My "enter" key has suddenly quit working and I have no idea why. it was working friday afternoon and today, nothing. anyone know what could cause this and is there anyway to fix it? Tried the hard coding the ip address and still no luck. I took a look at the programs installed and notice "dell security device driver pack". Have not found anything about this, but thought it might be blocking.

I had quite the same problem: my copmuter crashed, no way to have it restored. Now I have a new one but, in some way I don't know, when I downloaded ITunes and connected my Ipod,the automatic sync was on, and I've lost all my games - fortunately I had a backup of music, but unfortunately not for the games.
