anyone change out the lower control arm bushing, which is on the back end of the arm, bolts to the body? looks like it is held on by a nut and bf washer. i just want to know if it is pressed on, it dont look like it is. i know the arm has to come off to get at it, or is there a shortcut?

Just had it installed and now I hear a knock when I hit a bump. It sounds like a loose heavy item in the trunk or a loose spare tire. Is this normal on poly bushings vs the stock rubber bushings? One thing for sure - the ride is stiffer. Almost rock stiff since I also have lowered springs... but it hooks up soooooo much better and straighter! It's worth the discomfort I guess. Here is part...

.........How hard of a job was it to remove the control arm? I have a set of bearing to replace the bushings but when I looked in the manual for the removal procedure, they say I basically have to loosen the entire sub frame.
