One less thing for me to do yay! She just called to tell me she is boiling the sweet potatoes for the sweet potato casserole. Now I know this...

What does being a 'control freak' really mean? Is it a good or bad thing to be? Lately I seem to have become very pedantic about certain things. I've always had to have cupboards arranged just so but lately I do seem to be obsessing over small things. Like there always needing to be a certain number of each item in the cupboard, same colour etc. Anyway, a friend came over and opened my ...

The co-PTA president at dd's school is such a control freak and this year her son is in dd's class It is bad enough that I have to deal with her taking over everything PTA related, now I have to deal with her in the classroom. She complains that no one will help but she doesn't let them. Well, as moms, we all do that sometimes but she does it all the time. The Christmas class...

Courteney Cox has spent her post- Friends years working on either horrible star-vehicles (like the craptastic Dirt ) or as a guest star on a dying series ( Scrubs ). So, its pretty great that her new star vehicle Cougar Town is working out, right? She seems to have a hit show, although both CB and I have seen parts of episodes here and there, and we really...

My grandmother put all my wool sweaters in the washer and dryer one time after I told her they couldn't be washed. Shrunk every last one. I get that part. I can't relate on the mushy sweet potatoes since the casserole my Mom makes is mixed together with a hand mixer, so it's all the consistency of mashed.

I understand what you are saying, I have struggled so much with trying to control everything from my emotions, to people, to random situations. The funny thing is, until I got into recovery I didn't realize that SO much of me was after control. I've worked really hard at handing over control over many areas of my life and like cats said, it has given me SO much more freedom, happiness and ...

Hi, i hope you have decided on what you want to do. It is a tough one when you are the one in it. I am quite tight (struggle to buy myself any luxuries) and have gotton so that i have to convince myself it is ok to buy something! I think it was because i was in debt in my late teens and have learnt from the experience and quite scared to go that way again. But i have no qualms with my OH ...

I think when you find a good guy everything will work itself out & you won't need to worry about who is being controlled or who is controlling. It will be equal.

The only reason the police even have the ability to infringe upon our right to travel is because the Corporate Government owns our car and we give give up our rights through registration and licensing... The police only have one job to do: To apprehend a person that has infringed upon another person's life, liberty, or property. PERIOD. That's it..it's not a tough job. If cops are doing ...
